Ada Y
Ada 於 2017 年因工作壓力接觸瑜伽,初次踏上瑜伽墊便感受到瑜伽的力量,一試愛上。對瑜伽的熱情驅使她投身教學,希望透過分享自己的練習,將這份愛與力量帶給更多人。
Ada 特別重視基礎練習,認為穩固的基礎是所有進步的關鍵。由於她並非天生具有運動天分,因此更能理解學員在練習中的挑戰,並以細緻的指導幫助他們進步。
她在教學中結合人體解剖學的知識,特別關注體式中的身體的擺位,幫助學員在安全高效的前提下,建立與身體的良好連結,達至身心的平衡與穩定。
此外,Ada 亦熱愛挑戰進階體式,例如倒立或手平衡,並希望將這份探索的熱情分享給學員,激勵他們突破自我,發掘潛力。
無論您是初學者,還是希望挑戰進階體式的學員,Ada 都希望能夠與各位墊上相見,探索瑜伽。
