Roy 喜歡與學生分享自身練習嘅心得及經驗,主張力量與柔軟度平衡,不要只偏向一方,尤其常提醒學生要安全練習,多聆聽自己身體,切忌操之過急令自己受傷🩹
力量與柔軟度需要時間及透過恆常練習去累積,時刻保持耐性,堅持不放棄,保持正向思維,透過瑜珈練習,能令身心放鬆,提升自信,給人正能量,希望透過教學能感染不同人仕,令更多人感受到瑜珈嘅好處💡
