Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to your browsing and use of this website, purchase of goods or services. You must accept and cannot change any terms and conditions. Before using this website, purchasing goods or services, please read the following terms and conditions. If you use this website, purchase goods or services, you agree that you have read these terms and conditions, and accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Trial Discount

  1. All classes are priced at the regular price for a single class, and new customers who meet the qualifications can enjoy the discounted price.

  2. New customers are people who have never attended classes in our center.

  3. Customers who are not eligible to enjoy the offer must pay the full price difference and go to court. If the customer refuses to make up the difference, the paid amount will not be refunded.

  4. If you have paid an incorrect amount and request a refund, you must apply to the company and charge a $50 handling fee.

  5. All paid lessons are non-refundable.

  6. All prices are subject to change from time to time and are subject to our confirmation.

  7. All trial class discounts have a validity period, and customers must complete the class within the validity period.

 

Packages and other promotional offers

  1. All promotions are limited-time promotions, which will be revised from time to time and subject to the confirmation of the center, and the center reserves the right of final decision.

  2. Limited-time promotions may have terms and conditions that are not covered by this clause. If in doubt, please consult the staff.

  3. Package discounts are limited-time promotions and are not permanent discounts. All prices are discounted prices and cannot be regarded as regular prices.

  4. Payment must be made within the specified period to receive the offer.

  5. You can only use one offer at a time in our company and cannot use it repeatedly.

  6. Customers who are not eligible will need to make up the difference if they have already paid.

  7. Any payment must be notified to the company for verification within 3 days after the payment is completed.

  8. If bank transfer is used, the registration phone number needs to be written on the deposit slip, and sent to us for verification through the designated method.

  9. The set date can be set within one month after payment, but it must be activated within one month after payment and the validity period will be counted.

  10. You can specify the start date of the package at the time of payment, but the class can only be reserved after the start of the package. Specifying the start date of the package is limited to within one month after payment.

  11. If you have no additional application, the starting date of all packages will be calculated on the day of payment.

  12. Any payments are non-refundable. If you are not suitable for yoga due to pregnancy or health reasons, and you need to provide a doctor's certificate, we will suspend the package immediately after receiving your written notice of the suspension package. Any overdue notification will be suspended on the date of receipt of the written notification. The suspension period is capped at one year. If you can provide a doctor's written certificate that you are permanently unsuitable for sports, you can apply for a partial/full refund. Any discounts that have been enjoyed must be refunded at the regular price. Refund requests must be submitted with a Refund Request Form and a $100 administration fee must be paid.

  13. If you have paid an incorrect amount and request a refund, you must apply to our company for processing, and a $50 handling fee will be charged.


 

Package related

  1. All packages are for personal use only and cannot be transferred or shared with others. If found, the membership will be forcibly suspended without refund.

  2. If you need to activate the package through the company, you must email the payment receipt and specified information, and the company will process it within five working days. Once payment is made, no refund will be provided.

  3. You can use the online reservation system to make an appointment for a class. Customers must read and agree to the cancellation policy before making an appointment.

  4. All packages have a validity period, and customers must complete the class within the validity period.

  5. All reservations are made by you, and all reservations are subject to the records of the online system, which you can log in to check. If you find that the actual record is inconsistent with the system record, you must notify the company by email within three days of the record.

  6. "Basic package" can book all ground yoga classes, "VIP package" can book all yoga classes including aerial yoga and ground yoga. Customers of the "Flexible Package" should note that in order to provide more flexibility to customers, all yoga classes including aerial yoga and ground yoga can be booked for the aerial yoga class.

  7. All classes are open for appointment three weeks before the class starts and close 15 minutes before the class starts.

  8. All classes must be by appointment.

  9. The discount package has a validity period, and you must complete the class within the validity period. We do not set any extension arrangements. If customers have any objections to the validity period, they can purchase a single class.

  10. If you fail to complete the package within the validity period, you can purchase the designated package before the expiration date to obtain make-up classes, but the make-up classes cannot exceed 10 classes. The validity period of the new package will be calculated after the expiration date of the old package, but it cannot exceed 9 months from the date of purchase.

  11. If you fail to complete the package within the validity period, you can purchase the specified package within one month after the expiration date and pay a $100 handling fee to get a make-up class. However, the make-up class cannot exceed 10 classes, and the validity period is the same as the newly purchased package . If the payment is not completed or the company is notified within one month after the due date, all lessons will not be refunded.

  12. All make-up classes will take effect immediately after the company receives the notification. If you have no additional application, all package tickets and make-up classes start date will be calculated on the day of payment.

  13. All packages do not accept refunds for any reason. Pneumonia (COVID-19) or related events include or are not limited to mandatory isolation, mandatory temperature measurement and filling in visit information, mandatory testing, mandatory vaccination and other government or legal regulations etc. are known matters or personal reasons, and the center will not accept refund or extension requests related to this.

 

service provision

  1. Customers can make reservations for classes three weeks in advance. Please make reservations in advance to avoid class overcrowding. You can also make reservations for other time slots or themed classes. We will not make special arrangements due to full capacity.

  2. All classes consist of 3 students. If it is less than the number of people in the class, the company will notify the affected customers with one of the registration materials one day before the class starts. You must ensure that the information registered is correct.

  3. The services provided by the company are determined according to market needs, instructor arrangements and balancing other factors. The content of the service, including tutors, class types, time, branches, etc., may change without us needing to make a special notice to you. The company may not be able to provide the services you requested for the specified date, specified time, specified location, specified tutor, specified class content, etc. If you need to specify, please contact our company for the private class price and arrangement.

  4. If there is any change in tutor arrangement, no further notice will be given, and any refund or class cancellation requests will not be entertained.

  5. If the class is canceled due to unexpected events beyond the control of the company or otherwise stipulated by the law, the company will notify the affected customers as soon as possible and arrange a rescheduling.

  6. We do not guarantee that the service will never be interrupted. The service may be suspended due to laws, holidays, festivals, extreme weather, wars, strikes, power outages, epidemics and other force majeure.

  7. If the service is interrupted due to the forced closure of Chapter 599F, we will extend the validity period of the class when the service is restored.

  8. The company reserves all rights to change the terms of service, including but not limited to measures imposed to comply with legal requirements. If you refuse to comply with the company's regulations, the company has the right to refuse to provide services without refunding.

  9. If local laws restrict or impose regulations on the company or its students, you should abide by the relevant laws and regulations. If you do not comply with the legal regulations, the company has the right to refuse to provide services without refunding.

  10. special weather arrangements

    1. If there is a black rainstorm or typhoon signal No. 8 or above two hours before class, the class will be cancelled, and we will have a special person to notify you of the adjustment/refund arrangement.

    2. If typhoon signal No. 8 or above or black rainstorm warning signal is lowered 2 hours before the class, the class will continue as usual.

    3. If the Black Rainstorm or Typhoon No. 8 is suspended during the class, the class will continue as usual.  

  11. All tutors have received proper tutor training and we do not accept any refund claims regarding class quality or content.

  12. All services have a validity period, and customers must complete the course according to the validity period stated at the time of purchase.

 

Cancellation Policy

  1. All reservations can be canceled through the online reservation system 48 hours before class.

  2. All scheduled classes do not accept temporary cancellation. If you fail to attend the class, it will be regarded as "absence" and the number of classes will be deducted from the system.

  3. If you need to temporarily cancel the class due to medical reasons, you must register an account with the full name on your ID card and notify in writing no later than before the class starts, and present a doctor's certificate on the same day, the company will cancel for free for customers. The name on the doctor’s certificate should match the full name on the ID card. If no valid certificate or follow-up notice or doctor’s certificate is presented, the company will not process it.

  4. If you are temporarily unable to attend class due to personal or family reasons, you can apply to our center to cancel the class no later than 6 hours before the class starts, and the fee will be $50.

  5. If the start time of the class is less than 6 hours and you are temporarily unable to attend the class due to personal or family reasons, you can apply to our center to cancel the class no later than the start of the class, and the fee will be $100.

  6. The relevant cancellation fees must be paid within 3 days of the class, and the class will not be reserved if it is overdue. There will be no corresponding extension for such cancellation.

 

Instructions for attendance

  1. The company will provide you with the necessary items for practicing yoga, including yoga mats and auxiliary accessories.

  2. Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes before class starts. To respect others, please be on time. We have the right to refuse late students to enter the classroom so as not to disturb the yoga practice, and will not make up the class.

  3. You are not allowed to eat or bring food into the classroom.

  4. Please take off your shoes before entering the classroom and store them on the shoe rack at the door.

  5. In order not to disrupt classroom operations and for safety reasons, once all lessons begin, you should not leave the classroom until the lesson is over.

  6. The company will not be responsible for any loss or damage of any items in the locker.

  7. It is your responsibility to consult with your doctor before attending a class to determine whether you are physically fit to take a yoga class.

  8. Please confirm that you have no infectious disease, physical discomfort, infectious disease or chronic disease before attending the class, including but not limited to wounds, inflammation, infection, muscle sprain, high blood pressure, heart disease, stroke, epilepsy, etc. Matters that affect the health, safety and comfort of other customers. If you have any questions or problems, you should immediately inform the on-site instructor.

  9. If you have any old injuries or discomforts, please be sure to inform the instructor before the class, so that the instructor can help you adjust your posture or teach you to learn in alternative postures at an appropriate time.

  10. After the course starts, if there are any factors that are not suitable for the yoga course, you should immediately inform the instructor and stop participating in the course.

  11. Do not take drugs, alcohol or contraband in the classroom or while participating in yoga classes.

  12. The company is not responsible for any injury or death accidents caused during the class.

  13. Loud or harassing anyone, using foul language or inappropriate attire, or harassing or insulting anyone verbally is prohibited within the venue.

  14. ​ You must comply with the company's regulations. If you refuse to comply with the company's regulations, the company has the right to refuse to provide services and will not refund.

  15. In order to protect the safety of our staff and other instructors and students, our company has the right to refuse any suspected COVID-19 confirmed or close contact person to attend class, or ask you to cooperate with rapid antigen test (RAT) before class.

 

price and payment

  1. The credit card used to purchase the lesson must be valid and in your name.

  2. The company reserves the right to terminate any suspicious orders.

  3. The company is not responsible for any payment fraud and reserves the right to pursue criminal responsibility.

  4. All goods or services listed are priced and charged in Hong Kong dollars.

  5. You must pay the full amount of the order when submitting the order. If you are unable to make the payment, the company will not accept the order. The company will send a confirmation email after accepting the order. If you have any credit card problems and cannot pay, we suggest that you contact our customer service to help you continue to complete the order.

  6. The company reserves the right to change the payment terms of any order at any time without prior notice.

  7. The company reserves the right to change the payment method for online goods or services by making announcements through this website, email and any other public communication methods at any time.

  8. If payment for any order has been made but the order is not accepted by the Company, the Company will arrange for a refund and the payment will be returned directly through the same channel through which you made the payment. The Company shall not be liable to you or any person for any loss, damage, cost or expense incurred by you or any person as a result of the delay in the processing of the above refund.

  9. If you have paid an incorrect amount and request a refund, you must apply to our company for processing, and a $50 handling fee will be charged.

Your responsibility

  1. If any loss occurs or suffers when you send the payment information, it will be solely borne by you, and the company will not be liable for all or part of the loss under any circumstances. If you are using a public computer, you should make sure to log out of this website successfully after using this website.

  2. You are responsible for all orders placed through your credit card, Alipay or WeChat account, and agree to indemnify the Company for all claims and losses arising from any third party using your credit card, Alipay or WeChat account to confirm an order through this website.

  3. If you change your address, phone number or e-mail address, please notify us immediately.

 

Terms related

  1. The terms are subject to change from time to time without prior notice, and the latest version on the website shall prevail.

  2. It is your responsibility to inquire and read and clearly understand the content and rules of these terms before you start using any service or making payment.

  3. If the company does not exercise or delays in exercising any rights or remedies stipulated in these terms and conditions, it does not mean that the company waives such rights or remedies; if the company exercises any single or partial rights or remedies, it will not affect its further exercise that right or remedy, or the entitlement to exercise another right or remedy.


 

The company reserves the right of final decision on terms and conditions.
